LTN - The N3 Intelligent Temperature Controller is a smart, digitally displayed temperature measurement and control product that integrates temperature measurement, display, output, control, and alarm functions. Featuring an all-electronic design, it employs a temperature sensor at the front end, which undergoes high-precision A/D conversion. The data is then processed by a microprocessor, displayed on-site, and can simultaneously output one analog signal and four discrete switch signals. This smart temperature controller is easy to install, flexible in use, simple to operate, straightforward to debug, and safe and reliable.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION
1. The temperature controller can be directly installed on the pipe fitting to be tested. For ease of installation and maintenance, it is recommended to add a shut-off valve between the pipe fitting and the temperature controller. In environments with significant vibration or impact, a flexible hose can be installed at the temperature controller’s connection point to achieve mechanical decoupling.
2. A sealing ring should be installed between the temperature controller connector and the pipe fitting or shut-off valve.
3. In general, the temperature controller should be installed vertically, facing upward relative to the horizontal surface. During installation, use a wrench to tighten the controller by turning the hexagonal nut located at the bottom of the temperature controller.
