长沙LPS-N7 Series Pressure Switch

Suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases, or steam, this device integrates switch control, on-site display, and remote signal transmission functions into one compact unit. Key operations allow users to set the actuation value and mode. The switch output provides either PNP or NPN switching signals. Common applications include: 1. Start/stop control for air compressors; 2. High- and low-pressure alarms in hydraulic station pipelines, as well as interlocked pump start/stop sequences. The pressure switch directly outputs a switching signal, offering functionality comparable to that of a pressure transmitter combined with PLC/control instrumentation for switch-based control. This product features the following characteristics:
● Multiple-channel digital output
● Supports display inversion
● Display pressure value directly on-site
● Supports delayed alarm
● Set action values with buttons
●330° Body Rotation

Product Description

Product Overview Product overview

The LPS-N7 series electronic pressure switch is a next-generation, intelligent product capable of collecting pressure readings from on-site pipelines and pressure vessels. It features local display, switch-action output, and remote signal transmission, making it convenient for downstream control and data acquisition. The local switch control output comes in the form of dry-contact SPDT or PNP/NPN switching signals, while the analog output supports 4-20mA current signals. Compared to mechanical pressure switches, this model offers unparalleled convenience in adjusting setpoints. Additionally, it allows users to configure multiple alarm modes, including single-point alarms, as well as alarms triggered when the pressure falls within or exceeds preset upper and lower limits. This versatile product is widely used across various industries—such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, hydraulics, lubrication, and pharmaceuticals—where precise pressure control is essential.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION

1. The pressure switch can be directly installed onto the component being tested. To facilitate installation and maintenance, it is recommended to add a shut-off valve between the component and the pressure switch. In environments with significant vibration or impact, a flexible hose can be installed at the pressure switch connector to achieve mechanical decoupling.
2. A sealing ring should be installed between the pressure switch connector and the pipe fitting or shut-off valve. For flush-head pressure switches, the internal thread depth of the pipe fitting or shut-off valve must exceed 25 mm.
3. In general, the pressure switch should be installed vertically, facing upward relative to the horizontal surface. During installation, use a wrench to tighten the controller by turning it clockwise from the hexagonal nut at the bottom of the pressure switch.
4. When the range is less than 100 kPa, it must be installed vertically.
