The LPS-N6 series electronic pressure switch is an axial-type pressure switch featuring a display panel with an angled orientation, allowing for vertical or horizontal installation while ensuring the display remains visible. Functionally, it can accurately measure pressure in field pipelines and pressure vessels, offering local display, switch-action output, and remote signal transmission—making it ideal for downstream control and data acquisition. The local switch output comes as a dry-contact SPDT or PNP/NPN switching signal, while the analog output supports a 4-20mA current signal. Compared to mechanical pressure switches, this model provides exceptionally convenient adjustment of setpoints. Additionally, it offers flexible alarm configurations, including single-point alarms, upper/lower limit alarms within the specified range, and alarms triggered when the pressure falls outside the defined limits. This versatile device is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, water treatment, hydraulic systems, and lubrication equipment—anywhere precise pressure control is required.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION
1. The pressure transmitter can be directly installed on the pipe component to be measured. For ease of installation and maintenance, it is recommended to install a shut-off valve between the pipe component and the pressure transmitter. In cases involving vibration or surge
Striking the larger environment allows for mechanical decoupling by installing a hose at the pressure transmitter connector.
2. A sealing ring should be installed between the pressure transmitter connector and the pipe fitting or shut-off valve. For flush-head pressure transmitters, the internal thread depth of the pipe fitting or shut-off valve must exceed 25 mm.
Generally, the pressure transmitter should be installed vertically, facing upward relative to the horizontal plane. During installation, use a wrench to tighten the transmitter by turning the hexagonal nut at its base—avoid directly twisting the upper part of the transmitter.
Note:
1. Do not use sharp objects or hard materials to poke the pressure port, as this may damage the sensor’s pressure diaphragm. Additionally, since the pressure diaphragm is permanently welded to the housing, the device will become irreparable.
Furthermore, intentionally pressing the diaphragm, as well as product quality issues caused by abnormal usage conditions such as media containing particles, static overloads, or dynamic pressure shocks, are explicitly excluded from our warranty coverage. Therefore, users must take extra care to protect the diaphragm during both installation and operation.
2. For areas prone to frequent lightning strikes, it is recommended to install lightning protection devices along the lines.
