Installation Requirements INSTALLATION
1. The temperature controller can be directly installed on the pipe fitting to be tested. For ease of installation and maintenance, it is recommended to add a shut-off valve between the pipe fitting and the temperature controller. In environments with significant vibration or impact, a flexible hose can be installed at the temperature controller’s connection point to achieve mechanical decoupling.
2. A sealing ring should be installed between the temperature controller connector and the pipe fitting or shut-off valve.
3. In general, the temperature controller should be installed vertically, facing upward from the horizontal surface. During installation, use a wrench to tighten the controller by turning the hexagonal nut located at the bottom of the temperature controller.
