The LTN-N1 Intelligent Temperature Controller is a smart, digital-display temperature measurement and control product that integrates temperature measurement, display, output, control, and alarm functions. Featuring an all-electronic design, it employs a temperature sensor at the front end. The high-precision A/D conversion process is handled by a microprocessor for real-time computation and on-site display, while also enabling the output of one analog signal and two switch signals.

This smart temperature controller is easy to install, flexible in use, simple to operate, straightforward to debug, and safe and reliable.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION

1. The temperature controller can be directly installed on the pipe component to be tested. For ease of installation and maintenance, it is recommended to add a shut-off valve between the pipe component and the temperature controller. In environments with significant vibration or impact, a flexible hose can be installed at the temperature controller’s connection point to achieve mechanical decoupling.
2. A seal should be installed between the temperature controller connector and the pipe fitting or shut-off valve.
3. In general, the temperature controller should be installed vertically, facing upward from the horizontal surface. During installation, use a wrench to tighten the controller by turning the hexagonal nut located at its bottom.
Note:
1. For areas prone to frequent lightning strikes, it is recommended to install lightning protection devices along the lines.
