LPS-N2 Smart Pressure Switch

Suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases, or steam, this device integrates switch control, local display, and remote signal transmission into a single unit. Key operations allow users to set the actuation value and operating mode. The switch output options include PNP/NPN/relay (SPDT). Common applications include: 1. Start-stop control for air compressors; 2. High- and low-pressure alarms in pipelines, as well as interlocked pump start/stop functions. The pressure switch directly outputs a switching signal, offering functionality comparable to that of a pressure transmitter combined with PLC/control instrumentation for switch-based control. This product features the following characteristics:
● Multiple-channel digital output
● Display pressure values directly on-site
● Supports delayed alarms
● Set action values with buttons

Product Description

Product Overview Product overview

The LPS-N2 series electronic pressure switch is a next-generation, intelligent product capable of collecting pressure readings from on-site pipelines and pressure vessels. It features local display, switch-action output, and remote signal transmission, making it convenient for downstream control systems to gather data. The local switch control output comes in the form of dry-contact SPDT or PNP/NPN switching signals, while the analog output supports 4-20mA current signals. Compared to mechanical pressure switches, this model offers exceptional ease in adjusting setpoints. Additionally, it allows users to configure multiple alarm modes, including single-point alarms, alarms triggered within the upper and lower limit ranges, and alarms activated outside these ranges. This versatile product is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, sugar production, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors where precise pressure control is essential.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION

1. The pressure switch can be directly installed on the component being tested. To facilitate installation and maintenance, it is recommended to add a shut-off valve between the component and the pressure switch. In environments with significant vibration or shock, a flexible hose can be installed at the pressure switch connector to achieve mechanical decoupling.
2. A sealing ring should be installed between the pressure switch connector and the pipe fitting or shut-off valve. For flush-head pressure switches, the internal thread depth of the pipe fitting or shut-off valve must exceed 25 mm.
3. In general, the pressure switch should be installed vertically, facing upward relative to the horizontal surface. During installation, use a wrench to tighten the controller by turning it clockwise from the hexagonal nut located at the bottom of the pressure switch.
4. When the range is less than 100 kPa, it must be installed vertically.
