The LT20 Integrated Temperature Transmitter is a high-performance, intelligent transmitter that features high-precision circuitry for on-site temperature display, along with a bright LED indicator suitable for various applications. The front-panel buttons allow users to conveniently set parameters directly in the field. It can output analog signals such as 4–20mA and 1–5V, enabling remote transmission and centralized control.

Input signals: Various thermocouples (S, R, B, K, N, E, J, T, etc.), resistance temperature detectors (Pt100, Pt10, Cu100, Cu50, etc.)

Output signal: Two-wire 4–20mA, three-wire 1–5V;

Measurement range: -50 to 300°C (integrated type); split-type models can measure even higher temperatures.

Measurement accuracy: 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5% (including linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability);

Stability: Output variation remains ≤ ±0.5% over 12 months;

Operating power supply: 18–36 VDC;

Temperature drift: Annual drift ±0.5%;

Cold-end compensation error: Within the operating temperature range, ≤±0.5℃ (S and R scales: ≤±0.8℃);

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION

1. Does the model and type on the transmitter label match the product you purchased?
2. Does the maximum temperature of the source to be measured fall within the product’s measurement range? Does the power supply output voltage match the product’s specified power requirements?
3. Does the transmitter connector thread match the thread or pipe fitting to be installed?
Note:
1. Avoid installing in areas prone to bumps and collisions to prevent damage to the product.
2. Prevent contact with chemicals, oils, and other substances.
3. The transmitter and its connecting wires should be kept away from strong interference sources such as high-voltage equipment or high-power frequency converters.
4. For areas prone to frequent lightning strikes, it is recommended to install lightning protection devices along the lines.
