The LT-11 series thermal resistance temperature transmitters are compact, precision instruments featuring axial on-site display, making them ideal for riser pipe installations. The sensors utilize PT100 elements and, through a dedicated conversion circuit, deliver a standardized 4–20mA output signal. Equipped with armored protection, these temperature sensors offer excellent corrosion resistance, overload tolerance, consistent performance, rapid response, and an exceptionally long service life. They can be seamlessly integrated with secondary instruments such as digital displays and recorders, or paired with PLC/DCS systems, enabling the creation of versatile temperature measurement solutions. These transmitters are widely used across various industries—including petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, sugar production, and pharmaceuticals—for temperature sensing and signal transmission.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION

The temperature switch can be directly installed on the pipe component being tested. For environments with significant vibration or shock, a flexible hose can be connected to the temperature switch fitting to achieve mechanical decoupling. A sealing ring should be installed between the temperature switch fitting and the pipe component or shut-off valve.
Note: For areas prone to frequent lightning strikes, it is recommended to install lightning protection devices along the lines.
