The LT-22 series of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant temperature sensors are basic temperature measurement products designed based on the principle that temperature-sensitive elements generate changes in resistance or millivoltage in response to temperature variations. These sensing elements are encased within stainless steel sheaths, offering excellent corrosion resistance and overload protection. They can be seamlessly integrated with secondary instruments or PLC/DCS systems to form a complete temperature measurement setup. The corrosion-resistant protective tubes feature an outer lining made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), making them ideal for use in environments involving strong acids, strong bases, and potent oxidizing agents. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant protective tubes are coated with a special abrasion-resistant material applied over the stainless steel casing, enabling accurate temperature measurements even when dealing with media containing solid particulate matter. These sensors are widely used across various industries, including petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, sugar production, pharmaceuticals, and more, for reliable temperature monitoring and data collection.

Installation Requirements INSTALLATION

The instrument can be directly mounted inside the sensor junction box using two M4 screws, securely fastening the sensor leads and the transmitter output leads to the terminal blocks. Alternatively, it can be installed near the primary meter. Ensure that the instrument's power supply does not exceed 30 VDC, and also pay attention to the ambient temperature.
