1. The role and working principle of the LYA-J detection end isolation safety barrier:

The main function of the LYA-J detection end isolation safety barrier is to limit the dangerous energy from entering hazardous areas, that is, to restrict the voltage and current sent to hazardous areas. Its working principle involves electrical isolation among the input, output, and power supply, while also meeting the intrinsic safety energy limitation requirements. This isolation method does not require a system grounding line, greatly facilitating design and on-site construction. In addition, since the signal lines do not need to be grounded together, the stability and anti-interference capability of the detection and control circuit signals are significantly enhanced, improving the overall reliability of the system. The isolated safety barrier has a stronger input signal processing capability, able to accept and process signals such as thermocouples, thermal resistors, and frequency, and can output two mutually isolated signals for two devices using the same signal source, while ensuring that the signals of the two devices do not interfere with each other, thus enhancing the electrical safety insulation performance between the connected devices.

In terms of specific working principles, the 24VDC power supply is converted through DC-AC-DC transformation, and the module circuit outputs various voltages for subsequent use. The detection end isolation safety barrier will convert the current or voltage signal input through the intrinsic safety energy limiting circuit into 0.2-1VDC, then collect, amplify, compute, and process for anti-interference, and then modulate it into output isolated current and voltage signals through a transformer for use by secondary instruments or other instruments. The module also needs to output an isolated voltage, which serves as the working voltage for a two-wire transmitter through the intrinsic safety energy limiting circuit, to prevent large current or high voltage dangerous signals from entering hazardous sites.
